DIY Pet Gate

Do you have a pet that can only be in certain places while you're away?  Here is the perfect solution without the tacky pet gate look.

We got a garden gate from Home Depot for around $24.
The gate locks so your pet is unable to push it open.

Two poles $4 each. Brackets to attack gate to the wall $1 each. (we used 4 brackets)

When you attach it to the wall, make sure you leave enough space for the gate to open and close without scratching the floors. We put it two inches above the floor because our doggy wont try to sneak under it.

Grand Total of $34. Regular pet gates run anywhere from $40 to $150 and don't look as FABULOUS!!!

Welcome to The Eskimo Kiss

Hello!  I am a new blogging Mommy.  In this blog, I will be posting anywhere from crafts to recipes to nail art.  Bear with me, my first couple crafts that I will be posting don't have step by step pictures on how to follow along.  But I will give you a thorough descrption on how I made it, with a picture of the final project.  Please leave comments or questions about my posts, I'd love to hear from you! Enjoy!!
